Must Buy: A lot of the time you’ll see deals that exclude Happy Hours. Today’s Google Offer goes the other way. $12 for $24 to Cafe Citron (1343 Connecticut Ave., NW) only valid during happy hour. Now this is likely the only time I would go to Cafe Citron (the prices are pretty high), so this is a killer deal. $5 Mojitos will get you started. Check out there Saturday Happy Hour as well if you want a place to kick off a night in Dupont.
Extra Special Must Buy: Now this one isn’t food OR deal related, but I had to mention it here. As many of you know the Capital Fringe Festival is currently ongoing. With over 100 shows to choose from, the process of picking out what to see can be daunting. Well good news, I can make it a little easier for you. This blog has some personal involvement with 3 shows. The first is In This Economy written and directed by our good friend John Krizel and featuring lighting design by yours truly. The second is The Webcam Play starring Steve. The final is Ecce written by our fourth roommate AP Carroll. All three are worth you checking out.
