Must Buy: Living in the Upper NW (Tenleytown) for a year there were few places I didn’t try. Probably the one I didn’t get to that’s still pretty high on my list is also the recipient of today’s Scoutmob. Blue 44 Restaurant and Bar (5507 Connecticut Ave., NW) always held my appeal, but for some reason I never got around to it. Now with a $15 discount, I’ll have to stop making excuses and give it a go.
