Good morning and happy Wednesday. It’s going to be a scorcher out there, so be careful and make sure you’re staying hydrated.

Must Buy: Cheap pizza is cheap pizza is cheap pizza. A lot of it’s the same and mostly it’s not bad to good. But when you can get two slices, a salad, and a soda for $5 you can’t pass it up. Groupon has just that deal today to Washington Deli Pizza and Catering (5830 Georgia Ave. NW). Hurry on up to Petworth and chow down.

Fifty-Fifty/Avoid: File this one under deals I really wanted to like, but ultimately just couldn’t convince myself that it was worth it.

One great option and then a couple of deals for the section of Washington society that actually likes things in Georgetown.

Must Buy: Scoutmob’s %50 off up to $20 to Ma-Ma’s Southern Cuisine appears to be a home run.  Serving up generous portions of Fried Chicken and sauteed fish along with delicious southern homestyle sides, this C-heights/Petworth eatery is very highly regarded for its comfortable ‘make yourself at home’ atmosphere and its cuisine.  If you find yourself over there, this family run restaurant should be one of your first stops.

Must Buy: Scoutmob has a deal for you today to recently opened Columbia Heights eatery The Pinch (3548 14th St., NW). %50 off up to $12 will get you some tasty fare. The Pulled Duck Breast BBQ Sandwich sounds amazing, so you might want to try that out. Now don’t go on the weekend because this deal is only valid Sunday-Thursday. But you have to eat on those days to, so head over to Columbia Heights and enjoy something good.

We’re still recovering from our great trip to Bandolero last night, but we’ll stop moaning about how much we ate long enough to bring you some deals!

Must-Buy: In my opinion, Scoutmob’s deal for Boundary Road is the best deal of the week (and this was a great week for deals!).  This new restaurant on H Street, which received a huge boost early on when President Obama took a group of campaign donors here for dinner, has already established itself as one of the best restaurants in the Atlas District.

Must-Buy:  RFD in Chinatown is already a great spot to grab a burger for lunch or a drink and some delicious pretzels with a friend, and today’s Groupon deal makes it that much better.  The deal doesn’t allow you to get dinner, but that’s really not what RFD is for.  We say don’t miss this one.

Must-Buy:  This isn’t a food deal, but today’s Scoutmob for Rocket Bar is a great chance to save some money at one of the more fun bars in DC.

Must Buy: $10 for $20 to Vince & Dominic’s Pizza (10474 Auto Park Avenue, Bethesda) from Google Offers screams Must Buy. The food here is good and cheap. You’re going to get a Large or Extra Large Pizza or two pasta dishes or two subs or a lot of other great combinations. It’s your standard pizza place, and everyone loves cheap pizza.

Must Buy: 50% off Artfully Chocolate and Fizz Bar is right up my alley.

Must Buy: Scoutmob has a good deal in Takoma Park today. Middle Eastern Cuisine and Market may not have the best name for a restaurant (or even close to the best name), but the food is good and relatively inexpensive for Middle Eastern food. You’re not getting a huge discount here, but the food is worth it.

Must Buy: Scoutmob has a pretty good looking deal over at Blue Banana Sports and Rock Bar. Not a huge discount ($10), but nothing is going to be terribly expensive and the Petworth spot has a lot to offer. As always, it’s not available during happy hour. Head over to Petworth and check it out!

Fifty-Fifty: The deal is only fifty-fifty if you don’t own a grill.
